The Institute of Physics of the Earth - Earthquake Prediction for March 20th, 2019
Recently The International Scientist Of Physics Of The Earth prepared a report that a major earthquake may happen on March 20th, 2019. Today, CLP, has targeted a possible time for this quake, and with Astrological / Astronomical Reference why.
The chart provided is the most possible time to expect the quake. The reference is based primarily on Sun, Ascendant, and most important Moon. The Moon Timing is crucial for this chart because at 8:00 am Pacific Time the Eastern Horizon or Ascendant of the chart is at 23 degrees Aries. In further examination of the chart we must take note that all aspects with the Moon are allowed at the most a 10 degree orb for the aspect between planets, and signs with the Moon. With this being stated the chart is casted for a time when the Moon is making aspects to all the classical planets, the Earth, and the Ascendant.
The Ascendant Aries on the first day of Spring, and the very sign that the Sun is influencing for next 30 days. With the Moon at 23 degrees of Mercury ruled Virgo, it is only 6 degrees from the full moon for the 28 day period. With the Moon, and Earth below the horizon of the chart with such key connections to like the retrograde Mercury makes a very stressful time that could cause tectonic plate motion.
Uranus, the ruler of earthquakes is in the first house with an aspect to the Sun, and then, Mars making an exact orb with the Moon at 23 degrees. Aries on the first house cusp with Mars at home makes him the ruling planet that completes 2 Grand Trines including the Moon, Saturn, and Pluto.

March 18th 2019
Today we will discuss a chart comparison of the predicted March 20th, 2019 mega quake to the Boxing Day Earthquake, and Tsunami of December 26th, 2004. Both charts are similar with much planetary stress, however, the trigger between Mars, and Uranus is missing in the March 20th, prediction chart. However, the charts both have the influence of Saturn to consider, and the aspects of the Moon, and Mars to consider because in the 2004 and 2019 charts the influence of the full moon is prominent.
One can not say there will be a 9.0 earthquake however ruling out any significant seismic activity would be not be wise. Like the 2004 quake we are observing a time where the Earth and moon are alone in a heavy weighted chart. While the Earth is shifting her weight for the changing seasons.
Like most significant seismic charts we have observed here at the Mountain Oracle, Moon timing is essential because of it’s gravitational influence on the Earth.
